3rd Party Patches & Compatibility

Upon release of Climates of Tamiel:V there has been concern over compatibility with previous 3rd party patches.  Every precaution was taken during the update from 3.1 to 5.0 to ensure compatibility will most if not all was maintained. This also includes mods that introduce new world spaces such as Falskarr.
